Settle yourself in and get comfortable. On this website you will find all of my books ad short stories as well as a few other odds and ends. I am adding new bits and pieces quite often. Lately, I have been working on updating cover art. So if some of your old favorites look a little different, that would be why.

Settle in, have a cup of coffee (or tea if you prefer) and flick through. Let me know what you think.

Some of the changes were to unify the look of a series. I have some series that I have added to over a rather long stretch of time. For example the first book in The Channel Rider's Series, Pilot, came out in 2009 while the latest, Cast Adrift, was released in 2024. The covers were wildly divergent.

And let's face it, some of them were just plain bad.

I have worked hard to improve on the cover designs.

Some of you are here for my books, others are more familiar with my writing exercises. Those are posted daily on the website Ten-Til-Midnight.com.

On Ten-Til-Midnight you will find a daily writing prompt as well as my daily post for the Fifteen Minute Novel Challenge. There are also daily Writing Challenges Monday is the Five Word Challenge to help stretch the vocab and to start thinking about words in different ways. Tuesday we are dealing with emotions this year and each Tuesday morning a new one is posted so we can all work on showing emotions play out in our characters without actually naming them. Wednesdays tend to vary by month. (the full monthly break out is on the site). April focuses on descriptions, specifically of objects. Thursday writing exercises are about events and using them to show different sides of a story and Friday's exercise is a scenario with just enough information given to get the story started.

I will continue with the Ten til site, but I wanted something where I could just talk to you about what is going on with my writing and focus on new releases as well as comments about characters, world building and other random things regarding my writing and what is going on with me.

Don't worry I don't plan to go too True Confessions. It will focus on the writing.
